FlukeView 2 can be used for downloading and analyzing data from Fluke ScopeMeter 120B series of hand-held oscilloscopes. It lets you transfer screenshots, waveforms, and measurement data to your PC to print, or to import data to other programs. You can store and retrieve waveforms with text annotations and create your own library for reference and comparison.
